Savannah Bananas bringing Banana Ball to Dodger Stadium in April 2027

The Savannah Bananas are heading to Dodger Stadium in 2027.

On Monday, the Dodgers announced that the traveling Banana Ball show would make a stop at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium on Friday, April 23, and Saturday, April 24, 2027.

According to the team, the Savannah Bananas will face their familiar foes, the Firefighters, in both games.

    What is Banana Ball?

Banana Ball is often described as “baseball with a twist.” It features real games played between two talented teams, but with a slew of scoring quirks, comedy gimmicks, dance breaks, and musical interjections.

Originally started in 2016 as a summer collegiate team in Savannah, Georgia, the Savannah Bananas later adopted their own Banana Ball rules in 2020, turning America’s pastime into a Globetrotters-esque entertainment show and international sensation thanks to their heavy presence on social media and streaming platforms.

Banana Ball has since expanded into a traveling circus of sorts, with six total teams competing professionally in the Banana Ball Championship League.

Next spring, the Bananas will bring their high-energy, eccentric competitive spirit to the home of the nine-time World Series champions.

How to get tickets to Savannah Bananas in Los Angeles

Officials for the Dodgers and the Savannah Bananas say tickets will be distributed through a random lottery, not a first-come, first-served sale.

Fans must join the Bananas’ Ticket Lottery List at BananaBall.com and select Los Angeles as their city of interest before 8:59 p.m. PT on Saturday, Oct. 31.

It’s important to note that signing up does not guarantee a chance to buy—these games often sell out in minutes.

A random drawing will be held before the event, and winners will be notified directly with instructions for verification and purchase. The date on which a fan enters will not affect their odds of being selected, official lottery language states.

Prices and seating for Banana Ball at Dodger Stadium

Standard tickets start at $35 and are offered in the Field Level, Loge Level, Reserve Level, Top Deck and Pavilion sections. Prices increase based on seat location and additional amenities, officials said.

    Meet-and-greet tickets start at $150.

Premium seating and club suites will be available but are described as extremely limited, and sold exclusively through a Dodgers ticket representative. Fans can join a waitlist through an interest form on the Dodgers’ website.

Like the ticket lottery, entering does not reserve or guarantee tickets; fans can enter the general lottery and the premium waitlist at the same time.

The Dodgers organization is also warning fans about potential scams on the resale market. Tickets bought through third-party sites are often fraudulent and may not be honored, the Dodgers said, and Banana Ball staff and players do not sell tickets on social media.

The Los Angeles dates are part of a 2027 Banana Ball Championship League tour announced Oct. 15. The six-team tour will visit 79 stadiums in 74 cities, including 23 MLB ballparks and international stops in Mexico and Canada—the first international trip for the Banana Ball Championship League.

In addition to Dodger Stadium, the Bananas and Firefighters will also play at Angel Stadium in nearby Anaheim on July 2 and July 3.

The Bananas will also face the Party Animals at Chase Field in Phoenix on May 14-15.

The lottery for Banana Ball tickets closes in just a few days, so anyone interested in a potential chance to see the Bananas in person needs to enter quickly before the Oct. 31 deadline.
